In ChcęZostać I'm fully and mainly responsible for the company's performance marketing, but I also delivered tons of landing pages, videos, and ad creations. ChcęZostać is the most beautiful marketing adventure I've ever done in my life. We've delivered a new quality of online courses and built almost perfect marketing funnels. I've also taken part in organizing webinars, and developing lead magnets, mini-products, hooks, videos, free content, etc. I've run ads mainly via Meta Ads, but also Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Onet, and WP. My Ads delivered over 20 mln in sales.
PHRS offers a comprehensive training service for the HoReCa industry. I am responsible for delivering individualized marketing training for 4* and 5* hotels and restaurants. In PlumResearch at first I was responsible for performance and strategy side of Altroo's (first in the world browser to do good) user growth, which meant global social media campaigns, but also Kickstarter project, and building a community. Next, I was handling performance campaign for a company's leading product - ShowLabs. In which I projected and developed a US-focused, multitool B2B campaign including landing pages, ads, website, product demos and many others.
In 4WebZones I was literally one man army. I've been mainly managing a ten-person team of marketing specialists, but for that 7 years, I've been responsible for almost every aspect of running digital agency - strategy, sales, trainings for a team, running social media, copywriting, upscaling agency offer, building original marketing know-how for small and medium companies, and handling over 300 clients from 16 countries.
